"They offer great service and are always willing to work with you and find answers to any problems that may arise.however their prices and premiums are extremely expensive and almost not worth their cost. I found that the coverage I have on my two vehicles for basic liability is more than what other companies offer for full coverage on the same two vehicles. The broker way of insurance is old and not how most modern insurance companies handle their business. When a broker is added to the equation, the price of insurance goes up because they get a cut of your hard earned money to pay for their time and effort and that's fine but with state farm insurance, but you're forced to go through a broker, you have no choice, And that to me is not fair. The main reason I'm still with them is because my family has been with them since I first started driving. But if things don't change soon and I'm not talking about my premiums, I'm going to be forced to take my business elsewhere. And that makes me sad and give them three stars."
